Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from delivery date to request a return & send back your item(s). 

We do not accept returns on gift cards or mystery box

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

How to start a return To start a return, contact us at sales@spkdlifestyle.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

 

Faulty or incorrect items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at sales@spkdlifestyle.com and we will resolve this for you at no additional cost.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards (on sale orders are final)

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

EU Right of Withdrawal If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at sales@spkdlifestyle.com or use the self-serve option in your customer account. Return postage for withdrawal requests is at your own cost unless we have stated otherwise. We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Post purchase cancellation

You may cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it by using the self-serve option in your account on your order page. Account and selecting "Cancel order." After this window, we are unable to guarantee cancellation as your order may have already entered processing. If you miss the cancellation window, you can still return your item once received in accordance with our returns policy above. EU customers retain their right of withdrawal regardless of whether a cancellation request was made.
